At My Treehut we are all on a learning journey; learning about ourselves, about others, about our environment and we are creating lifelong learners.
Your child’s learning will be documented in their Discovery Folder – this is a book which records your child’s learning during these precious early years. A Discovery Folder is a living document in which the children are encouraged to take an active part. By making children aware of their learning they are able to feel pride in their achievements and develop a vision of where they want to be.
At My Treehut, Discovery Folders are displayed by the Taonga (treasure) Bookshelf. They are for the children to read and share with their families, friends and visitors and can also be taken home to share.
Your child’s Discovery Folder is also available for you to access on Storypark by using your individual Parent Login.
